Terms

Terms of use

Identity FDE is a free learning programme operated by Boston Identity. Using it means you accept these terms. Last updated 2026-10-13.

Your work

You keep the rights to what you write and build. You grant Boston Identity a licence to store, grade and, if you apply, review it. Submit only work you did yourself; evidence is bound to your account and checked for consistency.

Readiness is not an offer

A "ready to apply" signal means you meet the programme's published competency bar. It is not a job offer, an interview guarantee, or an immigration sponsorship commitment. The residency's own terms are on Boston Identity's site.

Content

Modules, missions and rubrics are © Boston Identity. You may quote up to 100 words with attribution. Automated collection for model training is not permitted.

Availability

The portal is provided as is. We may change or withdraw missions, and we may suspend accounts that submit fabricated evidence.
